Detox tells us about the need of independence and emancipation, the fear of being alone when lights go off,
even though this might be the only way for change.

The lyrics talk about addiction, habits and routine, and describe events going round in circles that people try
to escape at all costs.

Detox, their first adult album, stays true to their principles and proposes ethereal and fragmented sounds, all
defined and clear, as those of the shoegaze and dreampop scene.

Detox narra il bisogno di indipendenza, la necessità di emancipazione, la paura di restare da soli quando
si spengono le luci, pur coscienti che questa potrebbe essere l'unica possibile via per un cambiamento.

Le canzoni parlano di dipendenze, abitudini e routine, raccontano l’inevitabile ciclicità di eventi dai quali si
desidera fuggire a ogni costo.

Con Detox, il loro primo disco "adulto", mantenendosi coerentemente in linea con l'identità cresciuta
durante la loro breve carriera, i Grigio Scarlatto propongono un sound etereo e frammentato, ma ben
definito e senza sovrastrutture, assimilabile alla scena shoegaze e dreampop.
